Bay Title, LLC opened in 2016 in Newport News and has since added additional locations in Gloucester and Richmond. Bay Title, LLC is locally owned and operated by Rachael Darouse Hogge and Dawn Shackelford, both having lived in Gloucester County for over 20 years. With a combined experience of over 48 years in the title insurance and settlement agent industry, you can trust that your closing is in good hands. We complete in-house underwriting for faster turnaround times. Real Estate Agents are provided with status emails to advise whether the title is clear or to report any title issues. We also offer in-house closings at any of our 3 locations or remote closings, if your client prefers.
